Role is a responsive and mobile-friendly Zendesk theme that is inspired by requests to organize content around user roles.

This theme is good for use cases where:

  • Usefulness of the content is primarily based on user's roles (content for one role would be largely irrelevant to a different role)
  • Category types tend to be limited in number (2-5 categories), such as products or brands

Role has many custom settings beyond the default colors, fonts, branding, etc. Custom settings include header links, homepage and community headlines, search results formatting, and customization of elements on the homepage and community main page.

We've been using this theme for months. I do like it, but as others have mentioned, there is no way to edit the code. I was hoping to just add a quick tracking snippet for a third-party service I'm using, but it looks like that won't be possible.

Nice theme but i don't see the menu to change language ? It's not possible to change language during navigation, like the original theme ?

This theme is really cool, but it's missing the developer customization ability. This theme seems perfect but for us to use it, we need to update the font to "Roboto" to match our branding guidelines. We also need to ability to add a custom footer and URL for the logo. These things can not be customized because there is no developer licence included with this theme.

Nice theme, however the text "See all articles" on the homepage is not translated to French. It should be "Voir tous les articles". The rest of the texts are correctly translated, except this one. A quick fix would be highly appreciated. :) Thank you !
