SUPER easy to use and we can create interactive tutorials in minutes verses days. We are embedding the tutorials in our application and also pushing them to Zendesk articles within the Iorad UI. With the click of a button, we can publish the Iorad tutorials to a Section in Zendesk. If we change the tutorial in Iorad, the changes are automatically reflected in the Zendesk article. Finally, we can delete the articles in Zendesk from within Iorad. This has been one of the most effective enablement tools in our arsenal for enablement and our customers LOVE them. The most common request that we hear is, "Can you please create more of those Iorad tutorials?!".
