Pathlight gave us the tools we needed to set agent and team-wide goals and hold ourselves accountable to performance against those goals. The dashboard is great and a very clear way for agents and managers to see progress over time.

Pathlight has been a game changer for us over at Pair Eyewear! The CX frontline staff now have easy access to their dashboards and can action the change we're trying to drive on a daily basis. I can remember trying to hack my way into Agent Dashboards using fancy sheet tricks and can say this has been a breeze for sure! Highly recommend Pathlight as a big part of a best in class CX tech stack :-)
