five starts because it does what it says. unfortunately no good for us as we have multibrand and this app doesn't include that data anywhere

This is very handy for some of our use cases and saves us around 1 hour of operational time with every export compared to the same exports using default Zendesk tools like Zendesk Explore and similar ones.

Great app, provides a next level of Zendesk exporting data. Unfortunatly does not export all comments in XLSX format, only the fist and last comments.

Easy to use. We use it daily. Also, app developers helped us a lot to export the help center.

Added the app to our instance of Zendesk, click new export, fill in all the fields and click export and nothing happens

It seems like such an issue can occur when export starts right away after the installation, but it can be easily resolved by reloading the page.
