When this app works, it's great! But unfortunately it's so unreliable that it's harming our brand integrity. We are supporting multiple instagram accounts in different markets and we get kicked out of them with "unspecified errors" over and over and over. If the support team replies, the solutions they provide do not actually solve the issue. We are often locked out of our highest volume instagram account for weeks at a time with no reply from the Support team, only a promise to escalate to their integrations specialists. If there was any other app that I could use to integrate Zendesk and Instagram DMs, I would switch.
We have been using the app for the last year with no problem. However, in the last month, our Instagram account is getting constantly blocked, and we usually go for two days without access. We have reached out many time for in app support, with no success. Facebook sent us a list of approved apps, in with we see Zendesk, but not Instagrammer. As of now we work for one day, and get our account blocked for two.
Dear Victor, We’re truly sorry you’ve experienced such an issue. There indeed was the incident with temporary locks on some accounts, however, further updates helped to reduce the impact of the issue significantly. We didn’t get reports for so frequent account lock for a few weeks now. We’ve checked your specific case and believe your case is a bit different and there were some other issues. The first one required a rather frequent account verification and we hope the suggested steps let get rid of it. The other one came from an Instagram native app and requested to follow new terms in the native app itself. Anyway, we thank you for your review! We’ll push some more updates to minimise such errors and make the connection smoother.
The app has stop working now. BUT WE KEEP PAYING BECAUSE THE SUPPORT ADMIN KEEP PROMISING ABOUT THE RESOLVE. We have been using this app maybe for a year. Its working properly at the beginning. And now our Instagram account is being disconnected and we are unable to reconnect. Been encountering this issue for more than a month! Its affecting our business. The support admin is not helping at all. Unfortunately this is the only 3rd party app to connect Instagram to Zendesk.

Okay, when it works. However it keeps stop working randomly, meaning we miss a lot of messages from our customers.
