I move from Helpscout to ZD. I had less than 10K tickets. This tool was very easy to use and worked very well. The migration happened very quick after initiated. I do recommend.

We had to move a lot of data between two Zendesk accounts and Help Desk Migration tool made everything so easy! Being able to test and make sure that all the fields, seats, contacts, forms, and tags helped a lot. Also, their support team is amazing and responsive. I would definitely use this integration again :)

We used it twice to do a migration from Help Scout, it covers around 90% of what you need, but there are still several things you'd need to do manually: 1. Does not transfer Workflows from Help Scout 2. Does not configure redirects for knowledge base articles, you will need to create your own script. 3. If you have articles in Eglish and German for example, it won't transfer it - you will need to do it manually. 4. Cannot ignore "required on solve" fields - they are not needed by Zendesk as long as they are not part of the ticket form. As a result if you have multiple brands, you will need to disable temporary required fields in order to compelte migration.
