TypeGenie has been an excellent help for our Patient Support team who saw the time they take to respond to a ticket decrease substantially. To quote them "it's really good and super fast" and "it even picks some phrases that I don't use, which gives me more time to think about other possible ways to respond". It integrates seamlessly with Zendesk, it's easy to install and does not impact the team's workflow. It's not yet another tool to be aware of while juggling 100 things at once, it makes things easier. We’ve also found that support is swift and helpful, and they send regular usage data so we know precisely how much time and effort was saved. Overall, our team is very happy.
