During the past year, we worked with Centribal to create a bespoke help desk using omnichannel technology to provide the community with free support services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Centribal supported the masuno.app project in creating a knowledge center with more than 900+ articles and a mental health hotline integrating chatbot, forms, SMS, email, and telephone in a seamless way.
