Supportscribe Talk Transcription

Unobtrusive app which adds a transition text field to all recordings on Support tickets and Inbound on Talk, saving a lot of time having to replay recordings, and making the content available to text searches. The transcription is about 85% accurate - hopefully the AI of the TTS will improve over time. Would be even better if it it could somehow identify between customer and agent voices, and split the transcription into paragraphs when the conversation switches.

This is an excellent but simple app that helps automatically transcribe Zendesk tickets. Transcriptions (in English at least, which is what my company uses) are highly accurate and readable, and include timestamps that make it easy to jump to the right point in the conversation to listen to in case we need to clarify anything. This has definitely saved our agents thousands of hours of listening through tickets, and really makes quality control much easier too
